4. Are you real estate agents?
NO, we are not real estate agents….we are not wanting to “list” your home, we just want to purchase it.

5. What do you charge for your services?
Absolutely NOTHING!! Once we agree on a price, we take care of all the paperwork as well as even the lawyer fees in some cases.

6. Do you pay Referral fees?
YES…if you connect us with someone that sells us their property, we are happy to give you a $500 Referral Fee.

7. Do you only buy houses?
NO….we buy many types of properties….houses, condos, apartments, townhomes, cottages etc.

8. Can you help me if I am behind on my mortgage payments?
YES….absolutely, but you need to act quickly so we have time to stop the bank from taking possession and ruining your credit.

9. What if I am going into Foreclosure?
If you are behind on payments…call us ASAP! We can stop the process , but time is of the essence….the sooner you contact us, the more likely we will be able to help you.

10. Can you stop “Power of Sale”?
Absolutely….but it is very important that you call us before the bank takes possession of your home and ruins your credit.
